A DATA-DRIVEN ACEs AND RESILIENCE CONFERENCE

What are ACEs? Adverse childhood experiences, or ACEs, are potentially traumatic events that occur in childhood (0-17 years). ACEs are linked to chronic health problems, mental illness, and substance misuse in adulthood. ACEs can also negatively impact education and job opportunities. However, ACEs can be prevented. Please attend this important conference to learn more.

ADVERSE CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCE (ACES) FOCUSED
• Why, and how, grassroots movement to prevent ACEs and promote resilience has evolved in Orange County and the road ahead
• How ACEs impact adult worker performance
