Morgan Hoffman, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who provides school-based behavioral health services to middle and high school students at Orleans Jr.-Sr. High School. She is passionate about helping adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, and social challenges while building resilience and developing healthy coping skills.

Morgan earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from Indiana University Bloomington. Before joining Southern Indiana Community Health Care as a full-time provider, she completed her graduate internship with SICHC, where she gained experience providing trauma-informed behavioral health services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with medical providers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.

Morgan utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy and incorporates evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. She also has a growing interest in somatic therapy and mind-body approaches that recognize the connection between physical and mental health.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys hiking, traveling, trying new experiences, and spending time with her cats. She is always looking forward to her next adventure.
